Hello future guest! We're excited to welcome you to The Mill. This form is for anyone visiting our facility on a limited basis. Thank you for helping us keep safety a top priority!
The Mill's Safety Rules and Expectations, effective Thursday, August 5th, in accordance with local health mandates:
- Wear a face mask when you enter The Mill, when you walk around, in conference rooms, and throughout your time here, unless you are sitting by yourself at a desk. Masks must be worn regardless of your vaccination status.
- There are sanitizing stations located throughout the building.
- If you have come in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 you will need to quarantine. The CDC says individuals do not develop symptoms, they need to only quarantine for 10 days; if they test negative, that period can be reduced to just one week. If you are showing symptoms, the quarantine period is 14 days.
